I am offering a Chakradance™ 'Awakening Cycle' to an exclusive group who are ready for deep inner transformational work.

Coming together once a week , for 9 consecutive weeks, we will journey into each of the chakras with free-form dance, music pulsing to the vibration of the chosen chakra, guided imagery, and mandala art. This invites you to explore your inner world, release blocked energy and rediscover your true, authentic self. A different chakra each week, using free-form dance, music pulsing to the vibration of the chosen chakra, guided imagery, and mandala art. Ways of working with each chakra will also be explored so that you can continue on with your journey throughout the time in between classes. Be prepared for some energetic shifts and some moments of pure freedom! This group will be limited in size, so please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to dance in.

No casual drop in sessions on offer just yet

You are welcome to trial this first session at a casual drop in cost of $50.
This will be held on Wednesday Feb 5 at 7pm in ur Sanctuary. If you then decide to join the full Cycle, it will be a remaining exchange of $300 to dance~in and secure your space in the full Awakening Cycle.
No drop in casual rates will be offered once we dance past week one intro session, to assist with sealing and accentuating the energy of the group.
I will share some one~off sessions in the future so please stay in touch if this is your preference.
